Services offered
Housing
- Group accommodations available in residence halls (not air-conditioned; fans provided).
- Limited air-conditioned apartments available at double the rate.
- Housing available mid-May through late July only.
- Not available for individuals or groups under 30.
Dining
- Full-service catering with options ranging from cafeteria-style meals to premium banquets, buffets, break snacks, and barbecues.
Technology and support
- A/V equipment and media services included.
- Internet access (wired and wireless) is available in all housing, classrooms, and event spaces.
Parking
- Free on-campus parking for conference guests.
