With a hands-on academic approach, experiential learning opportunities seamlessly integrate into the curriculum through:

  • Smart classrooms and laboratories, including a cadaver lab
  • One-on-one research with faculty
  • Field experience in Chicago, nationally, and internationally
  • Training in our lab safety program
  • Working as a teaching assistant, tutor, writing advisor, or laboratory assistant

Dr. Matthew Schau

Dr. Matthew Schau is the associate dean of the Division of Sciences within the College of Arts and Sciences. At 91Ó°ÊÓ, he enjoys getting to know his students and engaging with them in and out of the classroom and laboratory.
